Increased demand sees our team expand

Here at ServAce, our year of growth continues. In May we announced we had increased our headcount by 50 per cent, and just 2 months on we have added three more staff to our team.

Our latest team expansion was necessary due to increased client demand, particularly following the launch of our new automated payment system which provides options of Credit Card and BACS payments or credit/invoice facilities, with a clear reporting and reconciliation process.

We are pleased to introduce our new team members Hanna, Katy, and Markie.

Hanna Larkin has joined us as an Account Manager, having gained much hospitality experience including a role as Manager of European Areas. As part of our Accommodation, Conference and Events team, Hannah will support new clients to ensure a smooth and rapid onboarding process.

Katy Goodenough has joined us straight from college. As an Apprentice, she will study for a qualification in Business Administration whilst supporting the day-to-day tasks of our Apprenticeships & Training team. She has hit the ground running with this and is already a valued member of the team.

Similarly, Markie Naidoo is also undertaking an Apprenticeship with us. He has recently relocated to the North East and brings with him experience as a Deputy General Manager in the Hospitality sector. Markie’s role in integral in introducing our new payment system to clients.

As we head towards the end of the year, we envisage another recruitment drive to further strengthen our offering as the UK market leader for training and event booking management, with efficiency and customer service central in everything we do.
